Goat Cheese & Fig Recipe

I cant even handle how absolutely delicious and easy this was! My homemade crostinis are always the first things to be eaten at any event or family gathering and are so simple!


This is definitely a must try recipe & should take you less than 30 minutes to make them both!


What you need:

Board Ingredients

1 Log of Goat Cheese (room temp)


Fig Jam

Fresh Thyme

Chopped Pistachios

Homemade Crostinis

French Baugette

Minced Garlic

Olive Oil

Italian Seasoning


How to make Board:

Simply wait till the goat cheese is at room temperature and spread evenly onto a flat board or plate. Next, spread fig jam throughout the top of the layer of goat cheese. After, drizzle honey all over the top. Sprinkle chopped pistachios & fresh thyme on top. Garnish with a whole spring of thyme and some whole pistachios.


How to make Crostinis:

Pre-heat oven to Broil. In a bowl, place thinly sliced Baguette mixed with  drizzled olive oil, add a decent amount of minced garlic and some freshly ground Italian seasoning. 

Next, make a flat layer of slices of bread on cookie sheet. 

Broil for 3-4 Minutes, or until golden brown. (I like mine crunchy so i do mine a little longer).
